Our room was comfortable and clean, although it had a broken faucet and was not soundproof. Surprisingly, we didn't mind the absence of a window in our room on the 8th floor, and the reception was accommodating when we moved rooms with all our belongings.

The staff, including Loan, Tuyền, Minh, Quyền, and Thế Anh, were friendly and always ready to assist during my two-night stay. They were helpful with any requests I had, although I wish they helped with our luggage instead of just watching us struggle.
